The room 225 had stains all over the floor, bathroom floor had dirt spots on floor and the bed was HORRIBLE! When i brought it to their attention. The front desk clerk said they were aware and are remodeling soon.

Morgan at the coffee shop is the best! Audrey at check in was amazing! Jordan at the valet was incredible. The Westin is always top notch. Pur go to hotel when visiting Charlotte.
